This is the 15th anniversary of the Lee Hanebury Memorial Tournament.

The tournament honours the memory of Lee Hanebury, a member of the Pickering Squash Club, who passed away in 1994 after a valient fight with cancer. Lee was a strong supporter of Junior Squash and worked hard to promote the positive aspects of the game for juniors. Lee and her husband Peter, both avid players, brought their two sons into the game and saw them through the formative years of playing. Both boys have continued on to become champions in the sport. Lee would be very proud of their achievements and would be very proud that her name is used to promote and support Junior Squash in Ontario.
