An Annual General Meeting shall be held during the month of September in each year to deal with:

• President's Report
• Treasurer’s Report
• Changes in the Constitution
• Election of the Executive for the following year
• New Business

The election of the Executive is a very important item in the agenda. The following elected positions form the Executive.

• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Women's Director of Play
• Men's Director of Play
• Junior Director of Play
• Social Director
• Public Relations Director
• Director at Large

These positions along with the Technical Advisor (Club Pro) and a representative from the City, are charged with running the affairs of your club.
